If you are not satisfied with the digital or physical products you have purchased within 30 days of your invoice date or deposit date, you may request a refund subject to the terms below. Amounts paid for trial offers are not eligible for refund.
Physical products:
The entire contents of the physical package must be returned in like-new condition with no tears, markings, highlights, folded corners, folded pages, scratched/broken CDs or other such damage.
Damaged physical products are not refundable.
You must have your original invoice in order to return a product. You are responsible for paying return shipping fees. Shipping charges are not refundable. You are encouraged to insure your return and/or to add delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged or stolen during shipment.
Digital products:
Upon receipt of your request for a refund, I will issue the refund and remove access to the applicable content from your account.
Services:
Website development occurs on my server. If you make a deposit on a website package and then change your mind within 30 days of the deposit, I will refund 100% of your deposit, however there will be no refunds after a website is transferred to you (even if within the 30-day time period).
